In adition to the two sites RCN have, they were also in need of a way of staying in contact with past customers and informing new customers of what they had on offer.
They send out a weekly “Sales Flyer” to nearly 3000 subscribers.
This is built on a proven system, and again is managed by them.
The systems allows them to import and export user, change user details and gives statistical infomation about the “Hit Rate” of there flyer.
And as required under NZ law, this system provides an “Unsubscribe” feature.
