I most often build sites based on top of proven content management systems like Zen Cart or Wordpress so my clients can manage and update there own sites.
If specific function is required, I draft out the function with the client and then build it from the ground up with all the required functionality.

All of my sites are built with SEO (Search Engine Optimasation) in mind from the very begining so as they are readable to Search Engines (Google, Yahoo, Live) and score highly on page ranks.
While designing with SEO in mind, I am also aware that certain information needs to be keep out of prying eyes.
For this reason all of my sites include Secure Contact Forms so that your email address can not be harvested and end up on SPAM Lists all the while not limiting your customers.
If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.
My sites also include at no extra cost, A Website Performance tracking system to keep both you and I informaed about how the site is performing.
